Electronics are an intricate part of the hydraulic circuit in all servocontrolled systems. Electrically controlled circuits provide the current signals to drive the servocontrols or in the feedback loop are used to match impedances and offer push-pull amplification for command signal and error signal summing. The electronic circuits may be called servoamp cards, signal conditioners or power supplies. These are the three cards necessary for servocontrol or all three cards may be integrated into an electronic module or motherboard. We can provide modules or separate cards to produce the functions to control the equipment. Many times servocontrol involves a Program Logic Controller (PLC) for applications which are more complex. ServoCon ALPHA has developed all the electronics for testing servocontrols and has the experience to provide the electronic controls, instrument calibration, and repair of those used in fluid power systems. ServoCon ALPHA may have to develop a complete computer or module controlled solution with specialized software control. Whatever the need contact your Account Specialist today.
